Terry Hyde is a retired professional dancer, so he has a great understanding of the mental and emotional needs of dancers.  His Mental Health Self-Care Workshops for dancers can help give you an understanding of where your negative thinking comes from and by teaching you techniques to overcome them.  These will help you become Mentally Fit and Emotionally Strong. Terry will explain how a Fixed Mindset vs a Flexible Mindset can impede how you deal with everyday to big situations that happen in our lives, as well as explaining how we create our own anxiety.
